One minute you’re trapped behind a Pennsylvania plate doing 23 in a 50 with a half-mile of open road in front of them. Five minutes later, another one is doing 97, weaving through traffic like they’re trying to qualify at Talladega.
There is no middle ground.
There is no normal speed.
There is only WAY TOO F'ing SLOW or WTF ARE YOU DOING?
They also don't make rights on red!
