Knox Nixon products are produced on demand.

Small variations in placement, color, texture, or appearance can occur during production and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

We also reserve the right to modify or remove products from the store whenever we feel like it. Some shirts have long careers. Others get fired.

Our products are made and shipped using third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Buying a shirt does not mean you bought the artwork on it.
