SHIPPING POLICY

Every Knox Nixon shirt is made to order.

That means we don't grab your shirt off a dusty warehouse shelf five minutes after you order it. Your order is produced specifically for you, then packed up and sent on its way.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most orders require approximately 2  business days for production before they ship.

Production times can vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

For orders shipped within the United States:

Orders under $69: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Orders of $69 or more: FREE Standard Shipping.

Free shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of at least $69.

Discounts or other adjustments that reduce the qualifying merchandise total below $69 may affect free-shipping eligibility.

DELIVERY TIMES

After production is complete and your order has shipped, Standard U.S. delivery is generally estimated at approximately 2–5 business days.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

For example, a shirt may spend several business days being produced before the carrier ever gets its hands on it.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and the occasional mystery of modern logistics can affect delivery times.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships.

Please allow some time for the carrier to scan the package and begin displaying movement after the tracking number is created.

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping availability and rates outside the United States are determined at checkout based on the destination and products ordered.

International delivery generally takes longer than domestic U.S. shipping.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Depending on the items ordered and where they are produced, an order may occasionally arrive in more than one package or on different days.

If that happens, don't panic. Your shirts haven't formed a union and escaped.

Check the tracking information associated with your order for individual shipment details.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at theknoxnixon@gmail.com.

We'll try to correct it before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Knox Nixon is not responsible for additional shipping costs or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at theknoxnixon@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please first check:

• Around the delivery location

• With other members of your household

• With neighbors

• With the shipping carrier

If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll determine the next step.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Shipping problems involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise are handled under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
